At present, we are still able to fulfil orders to all territories via our shipping partner DHL. If we, against expectations, are not able to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and you will be refunded in full. Ordinarily, our standard free delivery is guaranteed next-day if ordered before 3pm Monday – Friday, for most of the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) however, please note that due to the ongoing situation orders may take a day or two longer than usual to arrive. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 3pm on Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday and arrive Tuesday.
